Period before BFP?

Question. I started out having dark bloody drainage and then what I thought was my period for two day. Then the dark drainage started again. It’s been dark rusty red to brown. It’s day 11 of what I thought was my period and I have been feeling weird. Sore boobs and some mild abdominal cramps. I decided to take a pregnancy test and got a BFP! I took 3 more and all the same. Is it possible that I’m really pregnant? I’m still having just a light amount of brown drainage when I wipe. Definitely calling my doctor in the morning. I don’t wanna get my hopes up but is it possible? Anyone else go though this and ended up being pregnant? Thanks!
