Keto and breastfeeding?

Has anyone done keto and breastfeeding? How did it go? Been wanting to try it, but I keep getting a bunch of mixed answers on google lol

I wouldn’t recommend it while breastfeeding personally. You need so much nutrients and while doing the keto you miss a lot and at that point it’s not all about you it’s a lot about your little one. I would just recommend waiting until breastfeeding is done. Good luck mama
