Confused right now

Hello ladies,

I am 5 yrs TTC, however I didn’t have a period for 2 years finally found a doctor that looked a little further found I have PCOS Under active thyroid, she started me on Metformin Spironolactone and Levothyroxine a month after I started meds period came and I started having it every 21 days heavy and full 7 days... last 2 periods have came before the 21 days and either very light pink or dark brown I could literally wear the same pad all day if I wanted to cause it’s mostly when I wipe lasted 3 days should I be concerned or is my body just out of wack

Also I feel extremely tired extreme dizziness and loss of appetite

What should I do?
