Started first round of Clomid

I started my first dose of Clomid from Sept 6th-Sept 10th. I’ve been super emotional and my eyesight has been super blurry to the point where I can’t work on my patients (I’m an orthodontic assistant), and the migraines are terrible. Today is Cycle day 11 and my husband and I are just needing some insight to what other people have experienced and any tips or ways to increase the chances of getting pregnant. This is our first time using medications and if it doesn’t work this month then my doctor is switching me to letrazole due to my vision disturbances. So fingers crossed 🤞🏼
