Post partum body
I’m 12 days post partum, and I’ve already lost the 30lbs I gained during pregnancy. Wasn’t expecting that at all but I’m very happy about it! Buuutt I definitely still look bigger than I did pre pregnancy. I know pregnancy changes ur body but wow. Not liking what I see. I know it’s still so early so I’m just trying to ignore those thoughts and enjoying my baby, but I was already plus size before being pregnant and now seeing my stomach hang so much lower even being the same weight feels discouraging. Wearing my normal clothes again and I just look so much different and not in a good way. Does it get better? Or is my stomach permanently lower hanging? Is that something that can be changed with workouts? Would love some tips! I’m in no rush to try and workout or anything but would like to know if there is hope for my body lol
