Help! Sex hurts, what do I do?

This is very uncomfortable for me to even talk about to my husband and therefore even more so to anyone else. I have been married to my husband for two years. He has been my only partner ever. I don’t know what to do, sex simply hurts. It really doesn’t matter what position we try I am almost always in pain. And when We are done instead of feeling a warm connection with my husband instead I feel irritated and sad with myself because I can’t seem to get beyond the pain. This not only hurts physically but is wearing on me Emotionally too. I don’t look forward to being intimate with my husband for fear of pain. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Does it get better with time? Am I crazy? Help!
