Hey y’all! I’m very new here but I have some questions about abnormal things happening and I can’t get in to my gyno. Please let me know if there’s somewhere else I should post!

Basically:

My periods have been very regular for about a year (I’m 21 btw). I always get cramps the moment my period starts and I have them for one day in my entire lower abdomen. My breasts get painful a few days beforehand. I bleed heavily the first day and then medium-light flow the other 3 days. All symptoms go away immediately after my period is over.

This month, however, I started cramping SEVERELY 3 days before my period and I’m still cramping afterwards. My period ended 4 days ago and I’m still taking pain meds to help with the cramps. The pain is localized in my lower left abdomen - much lower than the usual area. I’m also extremely emotional/irritable and have been breaking down crying randomly almost every day.

I never got the breast swelling/pain and my period was lighter than usual (too heavy to be implantation bleeding).

I’ve taken 4 tests and all were negative so now I’m worrying that something is wrong medically. But I also have no clue if I’m just overreacting.
