I’m in so much pain. Uncomfortable. Cried all day. Went to the hospital because I can’t walk, my bf carried me in and out of the car.

They wanted to do an X-ray and i refused because of the amount of radiation. Nobody asked me they just wheeled me in, I had so many concerns and questions. The doctor was called and apologized for not meeting with me to discuss anything -_-

She told me I can get more radiation from the sun. Then the technician stated “it’s actually a bit more radiation than that, it’s a fair amount” thought it was sketch all the way around. They weren’t going to cover my tummy so “just a little bit of the head will be in the scan”

Am I ignorant to xrays? Should I have not refused it?

Did anyone get an X-ray done in their pelvic area in 3rd trimester?

If anyone else has pulled their groin, how long did the pain last?

I’m home now trying to rest and no position is comfortable, currently using heating pads and taking Tylenol.
