Am I irregular?

Whenever I’m supposed to hve my period I never acc come on that day it’s always 5 or even 18 days. How can I help and get it back to Regular?!

I think somebody posted about a similar question. as long as it's within 7 days I think that's considered a regular anything outside of that would be considered irregular. I hope that answers your question
