Are you making everyone get the tdap shot?

Anyone that wants to meet baby before 3 months will need a tdap and flu shot. Otherwise see y’all later... much later.

With my first, anyone who planned on being around baby had to get it. So all my immediate and my husbands immediate family. They last for several years. This is my 3rd but my family got the shot in 2017 so they don’t need it yet (also they don’t need it since I won’t be seeing any of them til probably next spring cause coronavirus). My older brother and dad are coming to help with my other 2 kids so all I’m having them do is make sure they have their flu shot.

I read that if family got it before with previous baby, it is not recommended they get it again. I wondered this since when i was pregnant with my daughter 4 yrs ago, i made everyone who was planning on being around her (husband, grandparents, aunties and uncles) get the shot. They don't have to this time but if its your 1st baby, then my answer is YES!

This time, only myself. Anyone who will be around her got there’s 2 years ago, so they don’t need another booster.

The booster shot is supposed to be good for ten years. So I’m asking my parents to get it because they are going to watch my son when I got to work. But then they will be good! 
My husband will get it with the flu shot in October!

Yes. My family all got it when my middle niece and nephew were born. They turned ten this year so everyone will have to get it again. Thankfully some of my friends had kids recent enough to also be current and those are prob the only people who would see my baby early in these crazy times!

Recommandations are either ALL people who will see the baby before first baby’s vaccine of just the pregnant woman. I got the shot lol.
