I have an 8 year old daughter that we share 50/50 custody of. Me and her father get along great and are friends. We’ve never gone to court and come up with a custody agreement on our own and it’s been the same for years. Recently my daughter hasn’t been wanting to come over to my house as we don’t have as much money as her father and don’t do as many fun things. She also deals with a lot of behavioral/mental issues and outbursts have been increasing while she’s over here and turning violent. We live an a expensive area because this is where she goes to school and where her father lives but me and my husband can’t afford to live here anymore and have other children we also need to think about in this situation. The reason I need advice is because idk if I should turn my daughters world upside down and fight to take her with us to move a few hours away, or do I leave her with her father where she has a great life and I know she’s well taken care of and I’ll sacrifice and see her on weekends and school breaks? 😭 I’m torn and it’s making me depressed
