There are plenty of videos online you can find that give you killer body weight, no equipment exercises as long as you get your form correct. If you have some weights at home, that can also help, but you can always find stuff around your house to substitute. For cardio I have been going on a lot of runs. You just have to find what works.

What are your favorite things to do as part of an at-home workout? I really want to get back into exercising more and starting at home right now would be good until I can get back to a gym.
