So I had surgery to remove a 6cm chocolate cyst from ovary and some endo that I had burnt and when I went in it was mid cycle I was about to ovulate but I had unprotected sex that cycle and now it’s the day my period is supposed to arrive and I have no cramps nothing.. I did spot brown blood about last week but nothing heavy.. has anyone become pregnant immediately after laparoscopic surgery on the ovary? I wonder if my egg had released at all that cycle
