Ive has false stops and starts with strong, regular contractions ... not braxton hicks... for about 3 weeks now. Now onto what looks like it’s gunna be my third night of really intense contractions until the early hours and then stopping.

Really rings true with prodromal labour when I’ve looked into it... has anyone else experienced this ? How long did this go on for before things really kick off ? I’m hoping things ramp up and baby comes really soon because I am emotional and physically exhausted :(
