Twinges very low down below....

Hi ladies

For the last 2 days I keep getting short sharp pains down below. AF is due in 2 days and I dont normally get pre period pains. Also my chest is sore and by this point its normally gone off. Just wondered if anyone got these twinges below and got a bfp? Thanks
