Anyone here have butt pain?

I'm 11 weeks today & began experiencing dull ache on my left buttcheek. To perfectly describe the ache, it felt as if I did a hardcore workout or sports activity the day before & woke up feeling sore. Except, all I did the past 7 hrs was sleep.

Ive always slept on my side even before I got pregnant & never had issues. Wondering if its because my ligaments are stretching?

Anyway, just wanna know if anyone else is experiencing it. Any pain relief tips are appreciated.
