on the morning of september 11th i got two positive home tests, and again on the morning of the 13th. then last night (the 14th) i started getting terrible cramps and i started bleeding a lot, like a heavy period. it was the middle of the night and i was going to call my doctor in the morning. i took a test this morning and it was negative. i googled it and it said i could have had a chemical pregnancy. does this sound right? should i go to the doctor anyway, even if there’s nothing that could be done? i hadn’t gotten my blood work done yet, my appointment to confirm the pregnancy was for this thursday.
