Cramping?!

Question

So my dr told me to expect increased cramping till labor. I’m 36 weeks with baby #1. When I sit down I’m okay but as soon as I’m up moving my cramps start in. I’m hoping maybe this is a sign that baby will be coming soon?! I’m just so big and miserable! I don’t want to go over my due date and especially don’t want to be induced. Are you guys cramping too? Is this a sign it might happen soon or not really? What do you guys think!?

With my first I had bad period like cramps for about a week before I went into labor. You’ll know when they’re real contractions.

Just made a similar post, I’m crampy on and off today too along with back pain. Seems to be better if I’m up doing thing but also more noticeable. I’m hoping it’s the start of something.

I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and I've been getting cramping as well. Just feels like light period cramps (almost forgot how those felt). I'll only get them at night after moving all day, but it scared me the first 2 times thinking I was going into labor. Definitely not yet, but I think it means that it's almost time to kick the baby out 🙏🏻
