Any recommendations for cracked lips? I bite them bc of anxiety and I’m trying to stop but it’s so hard lol. They’re bleeding it’s nasty and hurts so bad. No MLMs please

As weird as it seems lanolin works amazingly for dry lips!

I swear by regular ole aquaphor. They have one for lips but its trash. Go for the good stuff in the tub.

When my lips get this bad I tend to go hard with Vaseline and of paw paw balm. Keep it on me to always top up if it gets dry.
Sometimes I also mix in something not so pleasant so I won’t lick or bite it off

I'd get some plain vaseline and slather it on thick at night before bed. Also use throughout day if your able to stop chewing it off.
