Spotting? Or should I be worried?

I am 5 weeks and 3 days. I just went to the restroom and saw this in my underwear. My last pregnancy resulted in a MMC and this never happened. I will be calling my OB in the morning to just check in but I’m a bit worried.

I think it might just be implantation bleeding. You can always check with your ob to be sure tho.

It’s normal. Only worry if you have heavy bleeding and cramping. I had what you’re showing here around 6 weeks and my doctor said it’s really normal.
