Bad cramps when pooping?

Is this normal?! Most of time when I’m trying to go I get the worst cramp. It literally made me sit up and like grab my coochie it hurt so bad!! Right in the front ... not sure if this is normal 😳 it just happened again after I was cleaning, I started to get a cramp in what feels like my left ovary, super discomforting and made me sit down and then I started to feel like I had to go... TMI but I tried to go but couldn’t so I was like pushing and got the cramp. 35 + 2
