My 18 mo old hated Tylenol for as long as I can remember.

She’s been so fussy from getting molars so decided to try giving her Tylenol in the syringe before bed and she proceeded to cry so hard that she vomited her entire dinner on me. Tried putting it in a little cup still won’t take it. Even tried diluting it in apple juice and giving it to her in sippy so she won’t smell and recognize it, one sip and she threw the cup.

What other options are there??? How can I get her to take it without making her more upset than she does when she gets her shots...?
