After an absolute whirlwind day, Miss Vada Jane Marsden has made her way into the world. After my doctors visit, I begin contracting around 1:30 PM. Nothing too crazy and they were about 9 to 16 minutes apart and very erratic sometimes being longer. Suddenly, they became every two minutes around 4 PM and I told my husband we had to go to the hospital! After five hours of intense contractions (I labored naturally) that began coming one after the other towards the end, my sweet Vada was born at 9:55 PM. She is absolutely perfect and worth all the intensity. I actually feel great...now. 😜💗
