Exercise after miscarriage
I had a miscarriage at 20 weeks of my identical twin boys just over three weeks ago. The pamphlet they gave me essentially told me not to do much in the way of exercise for a while, but that is how I cope with my mental health. I feel like it’s the only thing i can control about my body, so have been doing some light running and weights exercises. I was just curious as to whether anyone had any decent advice about their own experiences or what they’ve been told by knowledgable professionals? The advice in the pamphlet seems so generic and not taking into account how much exercise I am used to.
