Who would like to petition for the move of HSV-1 & HSV-2 to be included in a standard STD panel. CDC’s justification for it not being a standard test is that, it is not a life threatening disease, and the psychological effects of knowing is more detrimental then not knowing. But how many of us felt like crap when we got a positive result.

I personally feel like their reasoning is not at all logical or ethical. Without testing for the virus the numbers will continue to increase.

Who feels the same and would like to start reforming CDC’s idea that they are in charge of our health.
