Gas drop/gripe water/Probiotics ?

Do they really work for baby gas ? I’ve started probiotics and haven’t noticed much of a difference in my baby. Can you give them all 3 or one at a time? My baby is 1 month old

We’ve been using all 3. Probiotics daily then rotating gas drops and gripe water. I don’t do it for every feeding, probably like every other. I think it helps a little but it’s definitely not a sure fix for us. I’ve heard the probiotics can help the most but one thing I read said it may take 4 weeks before noticing a difference 😳. Also everything I’ve read said gas issues usually resolve around 3-4 months because their gut starts maturing and they’re able to use their ab muscles better to push gas out.

Gripe water didnt work for my first and for my newborn now. I asked the pediatrician about a probiotic and she recommended either gerbers or biogaia which I got the next day off of Amazon. She said it may take a week to take affect but I noticed a difference the next day. His bowel movements were more regular and be wasn’t screaming bloody mary when passing gas. I wouldnt give gripe water and a probiotic at once only because you want to see what works first, or they both may not work. Sometimes its trial and error.

I’m using all 3 per my pediatrician rec .. gas drops with mostly every feed except i don’t do it for overnight feeds and gripe water 3x day and probiotic in morning. I’ve been doing it less than a week .. she seems maybe a little better but hard to say
