When it comes to dating how important are the physical attributes to you?

I’m not going to say they aren’t important, bc being attracted to someone definitely is important when it comes to having a romantic relationship. But I said it’s somewhat important bc I could think someone is just alright or not particularly attractive or unattractive until I get to know them, and then once I get to know and liking their personality I start noticing how attractive I find them when before I thought they were sort of average.

I cant be with someone I feel is ass ugly lol. But for me I've never gone for the "pretty" guys. I go for someone with a great personality and when I have that they are automatically more handsome.

They are important, but its all what you're attracted to. Frankly, my ex is very unattractive, but at the time, I thought he was alright at least. And it worked out okay for a while. In hindsight though.... what was I thinking
