Is it normal to feel a lump in my left breast while lying down?

When I’m standing or sitting up, I can’t feel anything but when I’m lying down on my side, I can feel it if I push down hard enough but not hard enough to cause pain.

This is kinda in that area when lying down

I’m not particularly worried about it being cancer but this is the first time feeling it

If this heads, I’m only 18 and still a virgin
