What are some recommendations for skincare for a baby with eczema?

Answer

Our baby has eczema as well and our doctor recommended us Cetaphil lotion and cream. 
But the most important thing is you have to apply it daily and multiple times a day to “control” it. Once in the morning, then maybe once in the afternoon, definitely after they bathe, and last one before they sleep. 
Oh, and always apply lotion first before cream.

Tubby Todd all over ointment on tubbytodd.com (Worked amazing before my son developed a reaction to avocado. Which this cream has in it) :/

That’s all I use on my sons skin. No body washes/shampoos or lotions. Just plain water when bathing and the rescue cream when he gets eczema patches.
