Birth control/period HELP!

Hey ladies! My OB wants me to take my birth control for PMDD- it’s Junel fe- BUT she doesn’t want me to take the last 4 pills of the pack (placebo pills). This is so my hormones stay constant throughout the month and I don’t start having symptoms.

Is it healthy to skip my period every month like this?? 🤔
