What do you think’s the best BC method ?

If you have others ideas please comment ,for my personal idea I was on hormonal IUD for a whole year ,never got pregnant,got rid of it cause hormonal acne now on cooper IUD since 2 weeks and a half .

I’m hoping to never need to take bc again. My body never responds well and it’s never been worth the side effects for me. If we’re really trying to prevent, my husband can wear a condom or have a vasectomy! 😂

Depends on your preferences. If you can’t take pills on time then cross that out lol. Everyone reacts differently with bc so it’s best to talk to your gyno/doctor about the best one for you.

For me, the pill. I had the implant and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life so because of that I will never have anything else inserted into me again. I know a lot of people love their IUDs but I just cannot take that risk again.

i got pregnant while on the pill so i don’t trust that much anymore. and yes i took it regularly and on time

The implant is super effective. I was on it 3 times for the whole 3 years and never had a pregnancy until after it was removed (and each time i was pregnant the same month it was removed) so thats why i chose the implant.  However my body always has unfortunate side effects from it, but it is effective
