NO JUDGEMENT Does your baby ALWAYS sleep on their back in an empty crib? For every nap and all night?

I started wondering because my baby technically does not- her dr recommended a crib wedge for reflux which is not considered to be within the ABCs of sleep (alone, on back, in empty crib). I started talking to people I know and it seems like 90% of babies refuse to sleep this way. Many people will give them a blanket or lovie, add a mattress to the pack and play, or cosleep. Again, no judgement here! So please don't comment negativity! Just curious how common or uncommon it is.
