My miscarriage today !!! 😔

So today I went to the hospital and had an internal scan as I was bleeding heavily and found out I had a miscarriage I was 5+4 I know it is very early on but it is still absolutely devastating! We were trying for a baby. How long should I wait to try again? How long will I bleed for? X
