To experience implantation do you need to spot? I’ve only had cramps. Second, were any of you sore all over your lower abdomen like you just got done working out after? Thanks

Nope! Only 10-15% of women will actually have implantation bleeding.Spotting, or cramping is not common during implantation.

No you do not need to spot for implantation. Soreness and cramping is normal!
