What should I do ?

I had to move from Cali to Indiana with my 7 month old since I can’t afford to have our own place rent is way too expensive in Cali and not even working full time helps at all . His father doesn’t help financially at all so I do it all myself. My parents moved w me also since they can’t even afford it themselves. We got a house in Indiana which is pretty big and it’s for the best for my son . His dad approved to us moving since I won’t put him on child support so I got his approval I told him He can see him whenever and he can choose the schedule . He chose one week from each month he doesn’t really care to see him . He said he wants to see him until the 3 rd week of October. I told him we would move a month prior I kept him updated in every change there was . I even asked him what flight tickets does he want and I would pay for the tickets for him to get his son and he picked them out and everything . He agreed to pick him up and keep him for the week then fly back . He doesn’t have a job at all so he’s free all the time . Well once I got here to Indiana he tells me how are we going to do the drop offs and pick ups ?🤦🏻‍♀️ we discussed everything already prior to me leaving . And he tells me he wasn’t really paying attention to my messages . He told me he’s scared to fly on a plane and can’t pick him up . And no one from his family wants to pick him up . I asked him why didn’t he let me know he had time to let me know before we left. He told me I knew he’s scared of flying ? But he flew to Vegas with his friends before ? It doesnt make sense . I honestly don’t know what to do . He could of told me before we left . I’m covering the expenses of the flight and everything like ? What should I do ?
