What are the signs of pcos???

For me it was irregular periods. I was only getting them every other month. I also had facial hair, chest hair, painful cystic acne and anxiety and depression. I lost weight and got pregnant but miscarried at 8 weeks which led me to be diagnosed.

There are a range of symptoms and you only have to be showing signs of 2 or more of them to be considered for diagnosis of PCOS. Irregular periods, cysts on the ovaries, cystic acne, weight gain with a hard time losing it, facial hair, and a few others I believe but just to name a few. I was having anovulatory cycles. I would get a period for 25+ days of constant bleeding and then a few days of a break and then start another 25+ days so they did an ultrasound and discovered the cysts on my ovaries. I also have cystic acne which was my other symptom that got my diagnosed.
