Potty training

How is potty training going for everyone? Any tips? What's working for you? Or what's keeping you back?

We are doing well, he pees every time I put him on, he's been poop trained fully since 16 months. He still won't tell me when he has to pee... I just have to take him frequently and if we get busy or really into an activity he pees his diaper so I'm struggling there. Especially longer car rides he will pee himself. He just started staying dry all night. I'm getting a little nervous I was think it would be easier since he poop trained so fast
