Do you have to practice your classes before actually giving class??

It puts more stress on me having to practice infront of everyone then still telling me how to give class and I'm doing this or that wrong but also it's my class I can do what I want. I'm confused and really upset about this.

I honestly feel that this is not right. Its messing my ulcer up and due to stress its effecting my ulcer.

Can I speak to the boss to not practice or will they be nasty towards me? It doesn't say anything like this in my papers.
