Today, i found out i tested positive for HSV 1 (herpes). i’m 18 and i’ve only had one sexual partner my entire life whom i love but we aren’t currently together at the moment after a 3 year relationship. I’m feeling very lost and stuck and confused. i’ve educated myself more and learned that it’s more common than i thought and honestly may not effect me much. but just the thought of having an STD makes me feel ashamed and embarrassed and unworthy of love. i’m just really looking for some love and support
