Okay ttc again but what did you do differently this time?
Obviously it’s not something that you can control if it happens again. More for personal experience did you cut coffee out completely, start exercising more anything? I am a huge coffee drinker and only stuck to one cup a day, I didn’t go work out, and I did eat healthy balanced meals. Wondering if I cut out caffeine completely and go work out moderately if that would make a difference!
