Lactose free whole milk. It’s the only milk I can stomach

I craved it for a few weeks in first trimester of pregnancy.. now I don’t drink any.. I have been craving lasagna so I have been ingesting a lot of dairy in that though 😂🙈🙈.

Same as I did before, dairy milk or almond. I rarely just drink milk, but I switch up which I cook/bake with.
