How long do you plan to breastfeed?

If you are breastfeeding, how long do you plan on doing it? I originally planned on doing it only 6 months but now I'm thinking about going longer!

I didn’t set a goal i take it one day at a time. With my first i didn’t breastfeed after the first 2 weeks and it felt like i had failed him i was so disappointed in myself. 
So this time around im not setting a goal, i already passed the time i breastfed my first so thats a win. 
I feel like if you set a goal it stressed you and if you don’t get to it its gonna make you feel like you failed.

I'm  exclusively pumping. I'm a under supplier so I have to supplement most feedings. I plan  on pumping until  I can anymore. Hopefully  til he is a year old. 🤞

Hopefully for at least 2 years! I breast fed my first until he was a little over 2 1/2 (31 months) when he weaned by himself. That was in early February of this year😅 This baby is not nearly as interested as he was though so we shall see! I will follow her lead on it and do it until she doesn’t want it anymore!

With my first two my goal was always 6 months and we made it past a year. Third kid goal is 6 months again

I was originally planning a year at least. But this baby won’t latch without the nipple shield so we’ll see. Have had some hard days when I thought about giving up.

I’m exclusively pumping . He’s four Months old and I’m hoping I can keep pumping til at least nine months . I have enough supply saved to then given him all the frozen milk til he’s 12 months as long as my supply stays up!
