losing weight in second trimester... (advice?)
okay so i’ve dealt with some pretty extreme trauma since i found out i was pregnant on july 1st. this has caused me to feel extremely depressed and has effected my appetite tremendously. i’m still eating, but i guess not enough to maintain or gain weight. i was losing weight in the 1st trimester which i saw was common (even though my weight loss wasn’t due to nausea), but now i’m 15 weeks and i am STILL losing weight. 10 pounds total since i found out i was pregnant at 5ish weeks. i’m super nervous because i know i’m supposed to be gaining weight in the second trimester, but it seems impossible??? i’m losing weight without even trying and i feel like i’m eating enough. has anyone else been dealing with this? i’m worried about my baby and the nutrients they’re getting. does anybody know a calorie goal i should be trying to reach daily? thank you! /-:
