Hey guys. So I found out I was pregnant during the 3rd week. I took two early response test that both came back positive. I am gonna be 6 weeks in 3 days. I started bleeding like this yesterday morning. I went to the hospital yesterday, they told me both of my pregnancy test (urine and blood) came back positive. I did a vaginal ultrasound and they couldn’t see anything because it’s still too early. However, they did tell me that my cervix was closed. I’m just really confused and scared. Me and my fiancé have been trying for a while now. Can someone please explain what’s going on with my body and hopefully ease my mind.
