My boyfriend says he can’t have kids but I have the frequent urge to pee and my boobs hurt. Is it still possible to get pregnant?

I mean how sure is he that he can’t have kids? Is he actually infertile and that’s like a doctors diagnosis, or is he just saying that? Bc unless it was a doctor’s diagnosis yes pregnancy is still possible. I used to work with a girl who told her he couldn’t have kids, turned out his reasoning was bc he was 27 and his last 3 girlfriends didn’t get pregnant. She got pregnant and ended up a single mom to now her second child. Don’t just trust what guys say. 
But there are plenty of other things those could be symptoms for too - PMs, uti, etc. If you don’t want kids use protection until he’s either confirmed by a doctor to be infertile or you decide you’re open to kids.
