What has helped you with infertility?
I have a infertility appointment next week. However is there anything you ladies have bought, tea, preeceed anything?

Answer

Most OTC products are gimmicks in my opinion. A specialist or fertility doctor would never suggest any of them as a solution to fertility issues. That being said, if you do want to try anything you should absolutely ask your doctor first before you take anything because even “natural” products can really mess up your cycle. Preseed you can just use but it’s just a sperm friendly lube.

I used pink stork tea seemed help I want say. I hand bfp same month of using it.

I use a few supplements to regulate my cycle. My cycles were 70+ days apart and anovulatory.  Read It Starts with the Egg.
