We do every other day or 2 days as soon as period ends til next is due! Got pregnant 1 cycle every time we tried (5)

We do every other day after period ends until a positive LH test. Then the day of the positive and the following two days to cover the window of viability for the egg. And we don’t have sex more than once in 24 hours so sperm numbers are optimal.

It depends on the guy. Some guys regenerate quicker than others so for some guys every day is fine. Other guys need a little longer to get their soldiers in marching order so for them ever other day better. If you’ve been trying every day and it’s not working switch you every other day for a few months and see if that helps.
