12 weeks & spotting

So I’m 12 weeks and been spotting for a few days now no cramping and my doctor made me an emergency appointment tomorrow too see if baby is okaa 😫🤞🏽i just hope the baby is fine 😫 I’m scared too death i was so happy about having a baby 😐 i just hope baby is healthy when i go tomorrow and the worse part is i have to go in by myself so it’s even more nerve recking 💔🥺 Ik most of you may say go too the emergency room but I’m not cramping or it’s not heavy or anything so my ob said since it’s not severe i can wait until i see her tomorrow!!!!!! But she said i shouldn’t be spotting if I’m in the safe zone ‼️have any of you had this and baby was fine ???
