African black soap (eczema)???

Hello everyone does anybody here suffer from eczema? Especially while pregnant?? If so have u used African Black Soap for it or anything? I’m desperate!! I’m trying to stay away from corticosteroids

Sooo my black friend is the one who told me this soap years ago! I’ve always suffered from bad acne when I was a teen and now I
Have very bad eczema & psoriasis which is 10 x worse when pregnant! I remember this soap working wonders for me even though I’m white! You just gave me the idea to give that a try again, totally forgot about it!

I get reactions to that but I had good results with goats milk oatmeal soap. I found a company that does all natural high quality soap and it worked wonders for me. I would say get a few to try and hope one works for you. Right after birth I got crazy bad eczema on my scalp...if the same happens for you Briogeo charcoal coconut shampoo IS AMAZING!!!  Went from gross patches in my hair to zero in a couple weeks. Good luck...it sucks
