Accidentally took too much tylenol

26 weeks, I took some Tylenol around 6:30 this morning for a killer headache. I don’t remember if it was extra strength or regular, the bottle is in my car. Well, I thought that the instructions were every FOUR hours, so I just took another dose of some different Tylenol in my house, which is extra strength. After I took it, I had a mini heart attack and felt the need to check the bottle, and it said take every SIX hours. Do you think baby/I will be okay since I took the dose 2 hours early? What should I do?
